The Planning for Structure Services, Inc. was started in 2004 by Marshall Fitzgerald to address the need for a General Contractor whose expertise lies in interior commercial upfits.

Marshall started his career in the construction industry in the Washington DC metro area, working for one of the largest real estate companies in the region. The vast experience within the group laid the foundation for SSI to quickly become one of the most distinguished General Contractors in the Charlotte area.

In the past ten plus years, SSI has built an impressive portfolio. We have carefully carved out our niche in the financial, healthcare and commercial upfit sectors, counting BB&T, Carolinas HealthCare System, CB Richard Ellis, Wells Fargo and Windstream Communications among our principal repeat clients.
