This 3,000 sf space is on the 27th floor of a Charlotte, NC Highrise Building. It included a total demolition down to shell conditions. The interior upfit included exposed ductwork with open ceilings. Thin upfit also included an antique wood barn entry feature.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This 30,000 sf warehouse included a total build out of mechanical, electrical and structural steel storage area above offices and conference rooms. Approximately 15,000 sf of show room for antique cars and the remainder for a repair shop complete with car lifts and a wash bay.
